We welcome referrals from dental professionals, as well as from friends and family for consultations and treatments involving dental treatments, root canals, OPG, X-ray scans and other advanced restorative procedures. Patients can be referred by completing the online form below or by contacting us directly via phone or email. Please provide the patient’s details, including their contact number, address, and any relevant medical history.
Following treatment, the patient will be referred back to their dentist for ongoing care.
