In 1994, Dr. Ewa Joss-Wichman graduated from the medical faculty of the Medical Academy in Łódź. In 2002, she obtained the title of specialist in dermatology and venereology, and in 2004 she defended her doctoral thesis on alopecia areata.

After graduating, she worked for 10 years at the Department of Dermatology and Venereology at the Medical University of Lodz, and then as an independent specialist in several different specialist clinics, including the Luxmed Medical Center.

For over 20 years, Dr. Ewa has been treating dermatological and venereal diseases of adults and children from the first day of life. In my daily practice, I also remove benign skin lesions using electrocoagulation and cryotherapy.

For 5 years, Dr. Ewa has been participating in clinical trials on the use of new biological therapies in the treatment of psoriasis and atopic dermatitis. He holds a certificate authorizing him to practice medicine in Great Britain, issued by the British General Medical Council. Provides medical consultations in Polish and English.

Dr. Ewa Joss-Wichman has a number of certificates confirming qualifications and practical skills in the field of dermatological treatments using electrocoagulation, cryotherapy and laser therapy.

She completed a number of specialist courses in the field of dermatoscopic assessment of melanocytic nevi.

In our clinic, Dr. Ewa performs minor dermatological procedures, such as:

– closing capillaries on the face using electrocoagulation;
– removal of fibromas, papillomas, yellow eyelid tufts and seborrheic and viral warts under local anesthesia using electrocoagulation;

– intralesional injections of corticosteroids (treatment of alopecia areata, reduction of hypertrophic scars and keloids);
– removal of viral warts, actinic keratosis and superficial basal cell carcinomas using cryotherapy (freezing with nitrous oxide);
